Getting There
Australia is very big, a flight across Australia can take over 5 hours. In New Zealand, you have to show you have a ticket out of New Zealand before you can board a plane into the country. You will need a e-visa to enter Australia.
Best Beaches
Want to visit the best beaches? Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne have great beaches. Queensland will have the most stunning beaches. If you are in Sydney, visit Bondi Beach. In New Zealand, go to the North Island and see beautiful beaches with a laid back vibe.
Wine
If you love wine, what you drink can determine where to go. Perth is known for Cabernet Sauvignon, Adelaide has some of the best Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. In New Zealand you can taste Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Syrah on both islands.
Timing
Some cities aren’t going to take a lot of time to explore. Auckland is a 2 day city; it is a gorgeous city and fairly quiet. Now if you travel to Queenstown you will want at least 4 nights there because of all the activities and sights. This also goes for Melbourne and Sydney as there is never enough time to experience all the food and sights to see.

Australia and New Zealand have excellent quality of life and high minimum wage standards. Prices are not cheap however but the food and wine are some of the best in the world.
Practical Information and Stuff
You will need an adapter to use Australian plugs. Rugby, Cricket and Aussie Rules Football are everywhere on television. Everyone calls each other mate and you must use a very high SPF sunscreen. The buses and mass transit in Sydney and Melbourne are great, and of course there is also Uber. You won’t find predatory animals in New Zealand but Australia is full of them.
